The Calvary Child Development Center (CCDC) will be closed on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. 

On October 15, a fire occurred in the lower boiler room of Calvary Church. Thankfully, it was quickly contained, and we are extremely grateful for the rapid response of our local authorities.

Currently, we are working with safety officials to thoroughly assess the situation and ensure that the building is safe for reopening. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we navigate this process. We will provide updates as soon as more information is available.

We give thanks to God for His protection and for the calm, efficient actions of our staff, who strictly followed all safety protocols to safeguard the children in our care.

Additionally, we are maintaining close communication with our Calvary Facilities Property Manager and the NC licensing consultant to determine the steps necessary for reopening the Center.
