CCDC Enrollment Overview Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Calvary Child Development Center. Please use the menu to the left to navigate through our Enrollment section. Birthdate Requirements: Find out what age your child must be to enter each age level program. Enrollment Timeline: Find all the enrollment dates. Enrollment Details: First time applicants (families new to the center) will learn all about getting in our online queue. Enrollment Forms: Get just the right Application Forms and the Medical Forms. Forms are different for current students and siblings than those for families enrolling for the first time. Make sure you select the right form. We do not post our Financial information online. Please call for details about fees. We strongly encourage you to come by for a tour at your convenience, at which time you will receive a packet including our Financial Handbook. Please review the Programs Offered section of the website for details about the different types of care we offer, so that you will be able to determine which program is best suited to your needs. Tours are available for prospective families. If you are interested in enrolling your child for the 2009 -2010 school year, we do still have openings. If we don't have an opening in your child's age range, there is no cost to be placed on our waiting list. Admittance Policy Calvary Church admits students to its Child Development Center (CDC) programs regardless of their race, color, national, or ethnic origin. Each student is granted all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to all students at Calvary Church. Furthermore, Calvary Church does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, or other school-administrated programs.
